ChutingStar Price Match Rewards
More often than not, ChutingStar usually has the best price around on every product we sell and support, but we're human and we miss price changes or just flat out didn't price something correctly.
Our ChutingStar Crew doesn't want to lose you as a customer, or for your next purchase, just because we didn't realize our pricing was higher than that other shop. So ChutingStar offers all of our customers Price Match Rewards!
In the most simple terms...if you find a price lower than ours on the internet for a product you purchased from us, we're going to give you the difference in SuperStars Rewards Points value to use on your next purchase. So if you find something $10 lower in price, we'll give you $10 in SuperStars Rewards Points...or if it's $100 lower in price, we'll give you $100 in Rewards Points...etc.
How to submit a Price Match Reward:
- E-mail [email protected] within 30 days of your original ChutingStar.com order.
- Include your ChutingStar.com order name and online order or sales order number.
- Include a link to the lower price found online from another retailer. (Note: For canopies, containers or a complete skydiving rig package, this can be a copy of the Sales Order or Quote from another authorized dealer.)
- Your info will be verified along with the pricing difference.
- If your claim follows the conditions below and we do find a price difference, we will put the difference in SuperStars Rewards Points dollar value onto your ChutingStar.com account.
- You can then use those points on your very next order. Woohoo!
The Conditions:
- You must have purchased the item from ChutingStar.com within the past 30 days.
- The lower priced item found online must be from an authorized dealer of that product and available for purchase.
- The item must be the same model, size and color of what you purchased from ChutingStar.com.
- Coupons, Rebates, Military Discounts, Sub-Dealer Pricing, Promotional Items and Varying Exchange Rates do not apply to this offer.
- Prices will be compared to include shipping charges from ChutingStar and the other retailer.
