Bonehead Composites is proud to introduce the new full face AERO helmet! Six months of intense design work went into the design of this full face helmet from Bonehead Composites.

Spring loaded CNC aluminum visor locks provide consistent and easy two handed openings and single hand closers with three screws on each side to secure the visor in place. Securing the helmet on your head incorporates a cord drawn collar and cut away buckle.
Collar adjustments are made by simply pulling slack in the cord and re-knotting . The collar is made from wetsuit neoprene and can easily be replaced with Velcro and six screw attachment points. The liner follows Bonehead's standard line in construction, which makes it removable for washing and has the convenience of audible pockets on both sides.
Any GoPro can be top mounted using the Bonehead standard GoPro mount. Any Contour camera can be side mounted with the Bonehead Aero Contour mount. The AERO makes flying with cameras safe due to its ingeniously simple quick release cutaway!
The Bonehead AERO is available in the following head sizes:

Great helmet but not for me.Bought it half year ago, and sold it after few weeks. Great helmet but not for me. You should consider what bonehead size different compared to KISS or Phantom X. Also it wider, and over all you look like Darth Vaider)) Quality is incredible good, and vizor opening system is incredibly good.

Field of view cannot be beat. Period.Top notch build quality. The fitment and the field of view simply cannot be beat. I've been flying a G3 for the last few seasons and love that helmet. The only complaint I have about the G3 is the field of view...
This helmet absolutely and completely dominates in the most important thing for me... being able to see, unobstructed. Edge to edge, top to bottom.

Love itThis is a great helmet - I've jumped it 7 times so far, and am glad I went with this one over the dime-a-dozen G3 that everyone has. I do have to dock one star on durability as the red cutaway buckle ripped off almost immediately from the stitching, before I even took it up.
However, in all other respects the helmet is perfect, and a quick sew job sorted it out. The field of view is essentially 100%, and the extra shims included are perfect for getting the right fit.
This thing also simply does not fog up whatsoever, other than sometimes right after opening (but I don't think any helmet can avoid that, simply due to the physics of rapid pressure/temp changes etc). And even then, it's not always enough that I feel compelled to open it right away if at all.Posted on

Excellent helmetAfter some tunnel time in my new Bonehead Areo I must say that the helmet is exactly what I was looking for. Its light, field of vision is perfect. Really like the chin strap/closing system, really easy to put in on and take it off. I was XL in G3 but ordered Large in Areo and it fits perfect. It took no more than 5 min to adjust it, Bonehead provides you with instructions and spare shims to adjust the helmet to your liking. Ventilation seems great, although I haven't tried it in the sky yet. Most of all it really looks great, got lots of compliments on it today. As far as customer service here, it was perfect. All my questions were answered and got the helmet in two days. Chutingstar is where I will purchase all my skydiving gear from now on! Blue Skies
