Not to be confused with other general purpose helmets on the market, the Fairwind helmet has been redesigned to meet skydiving needs, especially about safety.
Still unsurpassed as low cost helmet for students, the improved safety matches severe requirements also. The shell, now made of shock absorbing material certified for helmets, has improved degree of shock prevention, still keeping the weight low. The improved and reinforced chinstrap attachment has been integrated with a strong clip.
This version of the Fairwind helmet features the Comfort liner installed from the factory.
This special liner, made of anallergic materials, represents an added value to comfort and fit compared to the regular and cheaper Fairwind liner. It can be removed and cleaned in a washing machine, but most of all it gives a better fit to the Fairwind helmet, absolutely necessary for a professional and intensive use of this helmet.
Available from ChutingStar in Matte Black, which is a special military matte, anti-glare coating. Also provided with a special, sturdy nylon chinstrap clip.
