It is bigger in size compared to some popular ones. Doesn't help sitting in well in G3 helmet lining especially if helmet size isn't that big. Mine is an M, and there is little difficulty and discomfort. Plus squeezing in your sunglass.

Died on me TWICE within 3 days of brand new condition. Bought it few months back (April 2018), only get to use it last week (Dec 2018) for the first time. Had it set up and battery checked full before I set off, but on the morning I wanted to jump with, it died on me. Could not be switched on at all. Had a new set of batteries changed the next day and reset it up. Was gonna jump with it the following day and it died again. So I took the batteries out for awhile and put them back in, it worked but all the settings were cleaned out. I'm not sure, just anticipating the next time it dies again...

When it works, it was alright...

It's a torx screw opening, so make sure you have the tool for it, especially if the entire DZ is not using anything with that similar screw. Some alti comes with the screw tool when bought brand new, but this doesn't.

This was an easy decision for an audible. Haven't had a chance to jump it yet but I already know it's going to work like a champ. Easy to navigate the menu and set up, fits perfectly inside my bonehead open face and shipping from Chutingstar as always, was extremely fast. I would recommend this item to anyone in the market for an audible just the same as it was recommended to me from a pro jumper. Cheers

I went through two in less than 3 years. The batteries were constantly going out and they eventually froze up and died. Don't get me wrong, it does do a lot- but I prefer to have my digital logbook on my wrist. I hated that I had to turn it on before each day of jumping.

I believe i've had mine for 12 years, it never failed, just replace batteries and good to go, logged thousands of jumps, used all the different sets of alarms and the best of it is that it records a lot of information about your jump, altitudes and speeds with details. You will never loose track of your jumps with it.

I probably not the best jumper in terms of logging my jumps but the Protrack doesn't forget any of them; or how fast I've fallen, or when I've deployed my parachute. In addition to being back-up to my other audible alarms, it is great for helping me keep track of how many jumps I have put on my gear we well as a great source of feedback for the previous 200 jumps.
