This RDS (Removable Deployment System) Slider is manufactured by Performance Designs, and is available for the Velocity, Comp Velocity or Valkyrie canopies.
Removable sliders allow your wing a little extra breathing room and give you a clear view of everything going on over your head. Get the extra edge in performance by hooking up the included lanyards and having a full removable deployment system.
The PD RDS is make of ZP Fabric and Stainless Steel Rings. Comes in the standard 21 x 30 size for the Velocity and Valkyrie canopies. Also available in the 23 x 31 and 26 x 31 sizes.
The standard option does not have collapsible drawstrings. The collapsible version does have drawstrings to give you the option of just collapsing the slider on some jumps instead of removing it.
