The redesigned Kroop's VFR Over The Glasses OTG Goggle.
One of the best values in skydiving for skydivers who wear glasses!
The VFR Goggle is a smaller version of the original OTE (Over the Eyeglasses) goggle invented by Kroop's in the 1970's to satisfy the demands of a growing skydiving population who couldn't enjoy the view while they were jumping. This new design is large enough to fit over most any pair of eyeglasses yet it's small enough to work with helmets. It has small vent holes in the top to prevent fogging.Â
VFR is an aviation term that means "Visual Flight Rules" - the basic premise is pilots are qualified to fly in weather situations where they can clearly see what is outside as opposed to relying on dials and instruments. For skydivers with glasses, these VFR goggles allow them to really see in the sky.
Choose from 2 lens colors above. All Kroops VFR OTG Goggles come with a black trim.
The Kroop family name has long been connected with the world of air sports. In the 1950's, Israel Kroop invented the first skydiving goggle. Since then Kroop's goggles have been used in hundreds of millions of jumps, wing walks and glides, in every corner of the world. The Kroop's brand and its products are known for exceptional American made quality and value.

Not super impressedGood clarity and comfort at a good price but I'm not a fan of the strap tensioning system. Might be alright if you put the strap outside your helmet but I'm not going to try it. Also big flat surfaces make a lot drag and not good for much besides belly flying.
