I have used the Altimaster 2 for a while now and recently invested into one of these and I realized I have been missing out. Much more precise! Very small, but very easy to see. The information it collects each jump is also interesting to check out.

Fantastic alti. Easy to use after a read through of the manual. After using an analog for so long I really liked the more 'accurate' altitude readings.

And of course you can't go wrong with a L&B product.

Was a little nervous switching from an analog to a digital but one jump and I was in love. A little intimidating to operate socread the manual and get acquainted with it before you jump. Highly recommended if you're thinking about switching.

Before I bought a VISO II I owned an Alti Neptune. The Neptune is nice as it was much more user friendly with the programming, checking the menus, showing climb rate, etc, however at the time it didn't have a good wrist mounting solution, so I switched to the VISO II.

I absolutely love the VISO wrist mount where I can move it up to my forearm for easier viewing. The battery life last forever, ignore the low battery indicator, I go easily 9 months longer when it's flashing low battery, I just wait til it dies, and I make about 800 jumps a year. It's super light, so you don't even know it's there, and that helps as well keeping it up on your forearm if you choose that location, as flying fast HD or angles it can slide down your arm sometimes, but the lightness helps prevent that.

It is difficult to go in and read any of the data out of it as you need to have the key strokes memorized, however I have a Pro-Track that I use for all of that data when I want to look it up, so it's not a concern of mine.

Very easy to read no matter what position your hand is in. Electronic logbook keeps record of all your jumps and makes it very easy to fill in the hardcopy. Great product

I love this alti because of the mounting options. I have it mounted on the elastic wrist mount and have no complaints besides the display is a little small. It doesn't matter much at all and hasn't ever effected my skydives but compared to other digital altis the numbers are just ever so slightly smaller. No biggee. Works great!
