The anodized aluminum visor locking plates with outer ABS material can be installed on the G2 and G3 fullface helmets by Cookie. These can be used to customize your G2 or G3, or for replacements as needed.
Most wind tunnels that do not allow the use of the original aluminum side plates as brushes with the walls can effectively create marks or damage the tunnel. This latest tunnel version of the G3 side plates incorporate an outer ABS material surrounding the inner aluminum, which solves the wind tunnel issue. The outer ABS has a textured finish to provide extra grip when using gloves as well.
All plates come with the Cookie, Cloud Loop or G3 logo through the center, as selected.
Each order comes with a full set of 2 plates (one plate for each side of your helmet).

Sleek and ShinyPackaging kept the plates from accidentally rubbing up against each other in transit, which I hadn't considered, but greatly appreciated. I got the yellow cloud design to go on a blue G3 and was pleasantly surprised by how much more metallic they looked in person than online. They look sharp and will let me be able to distinguish my helmet from the two dozen other blue G3s on the DZ.

I like that I can tell my helmet from the rest at a glanceThese were very easy to install and give my new helmet a custom feel. I like that they give me a better edge to grip when opening the helmet under canopy. At this time of year, almost all jumps happen with gloves on, and these make opening the visor a breeze.
