The liners can be swapped within sizes, as noted below.
- Small shell size (with an XS/Small EPP Insert) is used for the XS & Small Liners
- Small shell size (with a Medium/Large EPP Insert) is used for the Medium & Large liners
- Large shell size is used for the XL, 2XL & 3XL liners
Note: Even though the XS, Small, Medium and Large share the same shell size, the liners can't be swapped from an XS/Small to a Medium/Large, or vice-versa, due to different internal EPP inserts.
The liner is removable and washable. The helmet liner material has also been tested to ensure that its chemical makeup is safe against the wearers skin.Â

- Small (54-55 cm or 21.25-21.5 in Circumference and a Maximum Face Size of 67 cm or 26.375 in)

- XL (58-59 cm or 22.75-23.25 in Circumference)
