We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ChutingStar will accept most items back for a full refund or a partial refund, depending upon the original item, the condition and the timeliness of the return. See all the details below. Items used, damaged or purchased more than 90 days ago are not accepted for returns/exchanges. Read notes below before shipping back an item for exchange or return.

ChutingStar Love

Please keep, eat or use all the ChutingStar Love sent with your shipment. The free candy, sticker, pullup cord or anything else we put in the box with your order is yours to keep whether you keep, exchange or return the items you purchased. Enjoy for yourself or spread the love to a friend!

  • Contact Us before returning any item with a manufacturer defect. Most manufacturers want to handle those issues and/or a replacement directly with you. We can help facilitate that for you.
  • Stock items (except parachutes or containers) can be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • All merchandise returned requires the original invoice, or your name and order number along with a completed Exchange/Return Form (linked above).
  • Print the Return Label (linked above) and add your order number in the top left-hand corner.
  • Full refunds are granted when stock merchandise is returned within 90 days in original condition along with all product packaging and parts.
  • Partial Refunds may be available for stock items returned with missing packaging, parts, damage or wear and tear. This is usually 20%, so 80% of the original value is refunded.
  • Partial Refunds may be available on custom gear (custom parachutes, containers, jumpsuits and helmets) if it is determined we can resell the item or return to the manufacturer.
  • Cancellations for stock parachutes and containers that have shipped to us from the manufacturer can't usually be returned and/or may incur a restocking fee (varies per manufacturer).
  • Returns received within 60 days will be refunded back to the original payment method. After 60 days, refunds will be placed on your online customer account to use on a future order.
  • Merchandise returned for an exchange will require the original invoice and/or name and order number along with a completed Exchange/Return Form.
  • Stock items (except parachutes and containers) can be exchanged within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Carefully package product into a shipping box with the return label and order number.
  • Merchandise returned for exchange must be received in original condition with all product packaging and parts.
  • Detail the item or items wanted in exchange on the Exchange/Return form.
  • Shipping costs back to ChutingStar need to be paid by you.
  • It's imperative you ship your items sufficiently padded and packaged so it's not damaged during shipping back to ChutingStar.
  • We recommend insuring return shipments in case of loss or damage on the way back to us.
  • If the item is above $100, we ship the exchanged item back to you via our Free Standard Shipping to US addresses.
  • Shipping will be charged to you for expedited shipping requests and/or shipping to any international addresses.
