Schumacher 1/4" Removable Articulating Ringsight Extender.
The Schumacher Removable Articulating Ringsight Extender allows you to rotate the ringsight out of the way or remove the bracket when the eyesight is not being used. It also extends the reach of your ringsight.
This bracket has a 1/4" post and can be used with the 6mm x 1/4" swivel clamp adapter to connect to the 6 mm Newton Ringsight or 1/4" x 1/4" swivel clamp for all other ringsights.
The kit comes with 4 nylon mounting screws and washers. Installation is relatively straight forward. A drilling template plus install instructions will guide you through the process.
Note: You will receive two white and two black screws. The black screws are not steel, they are in fact black Nylon designed to break off if you get a snag. Never switch to steel screws.
This removable bracket is slightly taller and longer than the original Schumacher bracket. New holes will need to be drilled if upgrading from the original articulating bracket.

Great accessorty for your ringsightSome jumpers prefer to mount their ringsite to a stud permanently protruding from the forehead of their helmet. I am not one of those. After each just I simply rotate my ringsite out of the way for improved field of vision under canopy and safer landings. At the end of the day, I simply remove my ringsite so it is not damaged or knocked out of focus from how it was set during transport. This thing is a must have.
