  1. Best "Audible Only" For Your $$'s

If you're looking for JUST an audible altimeter this is the one you want. Very easy to set up with simple functionality that won't eat your batteries. Matches my wrist altimeter exactly and has never failed me. Beeps in the plane at 1000 feet to let you know its on, which gives you the chance to verify your wrist altimeter matches and gives me peace of mind. Has three altitude settings for break-off, deployment, and emergency altitudes. I've personally never had to set a breakoff or pull altitude in anything other than 500 foot increments, which is basically it's only limitation from an "audible only" perspective. I guess if you absolutely need to break off at 4678 feet this isn't your product, but it 4500 is good enough this is what you want. I don't need computer functionality in my audible because I have a digital wrist altimeter that does that job. If you have an analog wrist altimeter I would recommend a Pro Track II instead so you can add jump tracking and altitude logging functionality, but you're going to pay 50% more. Excellent audible designed to be just that.

Very accurate audible altimeter for a cheap price. Once turned on, it will give you a test noise at 1000ft.

Gets the job done. Easy to adjust. Has a 1k ft "self-check" audible tone that also serves as a reminder to remove seat belt. Nice surprise that I wasn't expecting.

Basic audible, but it does the job well. Easy to adjust the alarms, even on the way to altitude. Battery life is long. 4 years later, including a solo freefall in an unbuckled helmet, it just keeps working. Customer service is great.

Great basic audible altimeter, price is fantastic, if you want one with canopy alarms this is not the alti for you. However it performs remarkably and solid battery life!

It works good and is well worth the price. This a bargain device, but it has worked extremely well for me and I am glad I bought it and would recommend to any else to do the same. With this quality for this price, there is no reason why every skydiver shouldn't have a secondary altimeter in their helmet.

Great audible altimeter, especially for the price. It's plenty loud and fits inside my helmet. It comes on automatically when you start riding to altitude so you don't have to remember. No need to waste your money on a different audible if you don't want the logbook features.

This is my first audible alti.
I like that I can set 3 different altitudes to help remind me of "break off", "deployment", and "why have you not opened your main dumb ass".
I never rely on the beeps but keep altitude aware at all times.
Great quality but the batteries can be pricey.
Overall a great value for a audible alti.

I had 2 Pro-Tracks....both were battery drainers and eventually just bit the dust. With freeflying, I think a good, reliable audible is important. I was doing a head up bigway camp and my Pro-Track broke. I went to the gear store and bought a Solo II. Couldn't be happier! It's super simple to use and change altitude alarms. My favorite part...I don't have to turn it on before a jump- it does it automatically! Love this audible. Never going back.
