ChutingStar, based in Marietta, Georgia, ships globally as well as to APO and FPO addresses. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday through Friday for all days that our carriers are running. For a schedule of days that our warehouse is closed, click on our Carrier Holiday Schedule.
In-stock items will be shipped out the same day if received by 3:00 PM ET for USPS or 5:30 PM ET for UPS. If your item is back-ordered, we will contact you with options.
A FREE standard shipping option is available to all US, APO and FPO addresses at checkout for all orders of $99 or more (excludes Smoke Grenades).
Custom Orders are shipped out within 24 hours of receiving into our warehouse. If rigging has been arranged, custom gear is generally shipped out 2 – 3 days after arrival.

Shipping estimates are available in your shipping cart. To get an estimate, add items to your cart that you wish to purchase. International Customers: For Zip/Postal Code, enter 11111. Once all items are in your cart, locate the Estimate Shipping and Tax button in your Cart Summary. You will only need to add a few pieces of information to get an estimate for all available shipping methods. Shipping is based on size, weight and final destination. The estimator tool is not a final charge. All of the available services and final charges to choose from will appear once your full address is entered during checkout. Special delivery options are available but you will need to contact us as soon as possible to understand the additional fees and options. For example, Saturday delivery or shipping on your own account.
Please be aware that issues with your payment information may cause delays in shipping. Please be sure all payment information is accurate. If you choose to pay by Bank Wire, your package will not ship until the wire payment is received by ChutingStar.
Important: In order to provide additional protection and security, we require a Delivery Signature on package values greater than $1,000. This ensures that high value packages reach the intended recipient and provide verification of delivery. If you want to remove Signature Required, please Contact Us at the time of order to have this option removed. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once the Signature Required is removed.
Approximately 10% of all ChutingStar orders are shipped outside the United States. The information below is based on the most common questions and concerns of our customers.
- International Shipping
- Shipping fees do not include local duties or taxes. You will be contacted by your local carrier to arrange for payment.
- Shipping time does not include time in customs. When you select your delivery method, keep in mind that your package will spend time in local customs.
- Many of the local customs offices have estimated time in customs and is based on local volume and availability of labor. We have seen as quick as two days and as long as 5 weeks.
We do not recommend refusing shipment of the package. If the package is returned to us, the cost of customs and return shipping/handling will be deducted from your refund and is typically two to three times your original shipping charges. Refunds are processed once items are received back in our warehouse.
What if my package gets lost?
If you have not received your package, check your tracking to see where it may be locally. If you have been waiting more than 5 weeks, please Contact Us and we can file an inquiry or report the package missing.
General Customs Guidelines (subject to change based on current local conditions):
UK, Canada, Greece - from two days up to three weeks.
Australia, South America, Eastern Europe, Russia, Asia - from five days up to five weeks.
IMPORTANT: Lost packages must be reported within 45 days from the ship date otherwise it may be impossible to recover the products. We will be able to work with you to locate your package as long as you Contact Us within the 45 day time frame.
How are gift orders treated? Each country has different local requirements. In some cases, duties may be assessed on "gift" packages. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
When will I receive my tracking number? Tracking numbers are sent to you once the package label has been printed and reported to our online ordering system. You should receive a tracking number via the email on your order. In some cases, our shipping emails can get stuck in a spam folder. If the email isn’t sitting in trash or spam, please contact customer service 1-770-445-4000, or email us at our Contact Us page. We will provide an update to the status of your package.
UPS Ground delivers in one to six business days to all 50 states plus Puerto Rico. Delivery estimates to your state can be found in the UPS Ground graphic. The
UPS Ground Map shows the travel time from our Marietta location.
- U.S. Shipping
If a package is needed by a specific date, we highly recommend choosing one of the UPS guaranteed options; UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day or UPS 3-Day Select. These options are available in 48 states with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.

What is "Store Pickup"? You can pickup your order at any of our shops or at an upcoming event we will be attending. If you live local to Marietta, Georgia, plan to be in the area or will be at one of the events our ChutingStar Crew will be at, you can choose a day and time to pick up your package in our Skydiving Gear Showroom, Skate Shop or the listed event in the Store Pickup shipping section at checkout. You will be able to select "Store Pick Up" on the Shipping Options page at checkout. Select the button for Store Pickup. You will need to select the location and pick up time. If you are in need of help, check out our "How-to Video". Although there is no cost to do so, local county and state taxes are applied for orders picked up at our shops in Georgia.
What happens if I refuse shipments?
We do not recommend refusing shipment of the package. If the package is returned to us, the cost of return shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund and can be up to twice your original shipping charges. Refunds are processed once items are received back in our warehouse.
