The 2X Tonfly helmet is fantastic for close shots in sit and head down. The 2X is extremly light at 560 grams. The angle of the top platform is 14 degrees forward.

The 2X is the safer, more secure way to skydive with a camera-mounted helmet. Add your own cameras mounts to the top or front for your own unique setup!
For a perfect fit, the thermoformed linings come already configured with internal channels to fit any accessory cables. The thickness of linings is about 8mm. This means that there is only 11mm between the external helmet shell and your head.

Awesome HelmetPlease keep in mind the only helmet I had prior to this was a cheap pro-tec. That being said I love this helmet. It's incredibly light weight and the chin cup is much more comfortable than the under the chin type straps. It is priced competitively and measuring my head was easy following the directions. I am very satisfied with this purchase and am glad I went with Tonfly instead of the other popular brand. I prefer the open face style helmet to the full face for various reasons. I do not currently use it with camera equipment however 2 other as my DZ do and the stick on go pro mount that comes with most go pros works well on it with the session. I have only had the helmet a short time so I cannot speak to the durability but again I am very happy with this purchase. It was also nice that since I wanted a simple matte black color I could get the helmet in 1 week from chutingstar instead of waiting 5-6 weeks from the manufacturer.
