The MX Series shorts define the term durability with triple-needle stitched, reinforced seams and bartacks on all high stress areas. A Cordura Nylon exterior with an internal breathable mesh liner allows effortless comfort whilst upholding the structural integrity.
Manufactory has upgraded the inside saddle to include Cordura-woven spandex – a new protective coating to the inside of the seat reinforcement, increasing durability by 200%.

good looking and feeling shorts. needs workvery comfortable and look great. Only a couple of complaints. The buttons keep coming undone. every time I jump they come undone and even just bending over they will pop open. Also the back pockets get covered by the leg straps. So they are completely unusable with your rig on. I've had them for a couple weekends and the durability seems great. Just need to fix the front buttons

Decent choice, needs some improvementI've jumped these a full weekend now. Fit is decent, they look good, and are comfortable. I have a few complaints. The big one, the 2 snaps at the top won't stay snapped. Every exit they pop open. I've tried tightening and loosening the waist adjustment and I get the same result. We have another jumper with these and he has the same complaint. These need to be changed to buttons. My other suggestion would be an RDS pocket.

Great freefly shortsWay more durable than I thought they would be -- lots of seams are triple sewn. The knees are shaped too, which improved flex for sitting, for ex. So far, the zippers have stayed closed in all orientations. Belt loops are great too (I use them to rubber band my t-shirt to hold it down).
FYI: I normally order medium t-shirts and shorts (roughly 33-34"), but in this case, I had to buy large. Medium was too tight.
My only complaint is that the soft lining doesn't continue all the way to the front and back of the knees. This can be a bit scratchy on the packing mat when you're hot and sweaty.Posted on

Great Shorts, but Move the RDS Pocket Down FurtherI ordered these swoop shorts as I didn't want to go through the process of a custom order (nor do I see a need for what are just shorts). The shorts are light weight, but are clearly well made. The magnetic and zippered pockets are great, but the RDS pockets are not in the best location as they're hard to access with your harness in the way.
I slid in a few landings and these shorts handled it without problems. I've only had them for about 20 jumps now, but I'm confident they'll hold up.Posted on
