This is the 30mm thread size, which is used by the common Sony CX cameras today, such as the CX100, 110 and 150. The Liquid 3 is a .29 wide-angle.

Cookie Composites has also tested this lens on HD cameras and have found their lenses do not significantly lessen the image quality.
The optional filter kit protects your Liquid Lens and is available separately at ChutingStar.com. It is made for the Liquid 5 and Liquid 3 Cookie Lenses. The Filter Kit includes a standard 46mm UV filter and an adaptor ring to suit the Liquid 3 and 5 lenses.
Note: Trunk of GetHypoxic has done a full review of lenses and their compatibility with the CX100/105 & CX110/150. Trunk suggests using the Cookie Liquid 3 "if you have one. Hold on to it but think about upgrading. Good for 4:3 setups and for those wanting a .3 low profiles lens." His favorable comments include "Low Profile lens," while his drawback comments are "SD resolution, non-zoomable." -
