don't forget about
Pro-Tec Full Cut Certified Skydiving Helmet.
Stand out from the crowd with this retro masterpiece. Raised by the godfathers of skateboarding to become a staple in skydiving, the Full Cut (Certified) is back in demand and better than ever. HDPE or ABS shell lined with EPS and outfitted with compression molded pads. Style and protection that can't be duplicated.
Certified helmets are equipped with EPS foam and are CPSC/CE dual certified. The protective industry jargon in that last sentence means a massive machine smashed this helmet against an anvil in a scientific setting to prove to the world it will keep your precious dome safe when you slam. Pro-Tec does the science so you don't have to. Our job is to keep you safe; your job is to go session the park, ride the rails, and have fun. Protection for Progression!
Bring back the good vibes of the ’70s by rockin’ the full cut in the sky!
This is one of the best values in skydiving gear.

- EPS Foam Provides Much Better Protection Than Non-Certified Version of This Helmet
Overall this is a good beginner helmet for someone looking to save a few bucks. Unlike the non-certified version of this helmet, this helmet has EPS foam which is very important should you actually collide with an object at high speed. EPS foam absorbs energy to prevent serious head trauma. Helmets that do not have EPS foam do not have the same energy absorbing capacity as those with it.
The helmet has no adjustability options beyond the chin strap, so if it fits well out of the box, lucky you, if it doesn't then not so lucky. I used the size chart and found it fits me reasonably well. Overall, a good option if you want a cheap, certified (CPSC bike certified, there is no skydiving helmet certification) helmet. If you're going to get the Full Cut helmet, get this certified version and not the non-certified version which offers far less protection.
