If you own an Altitrack, or are in the process of buying one…..do yourself a favor and buy this.

The Altitrack is a great easy to read analog dial altimeter. However, it is also an awesome digital logbook that generates and stores a TON of data from your dives.

If you want to access the data and digitally log your dives then you’re going to need this connection kit.

When I bought my Altitrack I didn’t properly research its capabilities. Admittedly I wanted to replace an an analog altimeter (made by a different manufacturer) that failed on a jump, and I didn’t want to go short form digital.

Once I found out that I could use the Altitrack to build a digital logbook I was thrilled. But as the cable wasn’t included, I couldn’t.

A lot of people probably won’t (or don’t want to) have a digital log, but it really helps with your progression and also to self check against your own recollection of the dive.

Just buy it. You need it.
