Zero Cole Creep Eyes Dura-Slick Skateboard Deck.
This is the Creep Eyes skateboard deck for Chris Cole of Zero Skateboards. It is available in a size of 8.25 x 32.25 inches.
This Zero Skateboard is made of 7-ply hardwood maple but with thinner veneers to accommodate for the Dura-Slick material. The Dura-Slick laminate is applied with a unique plasma treatment process which makes for a smooth, consistent slide, while providing increased strength, durability and pop.
Zero Skateboards is based out of Carlsbad, California, and its decks are manufactured in Tijuana, Mexico. The Zero brand was originally a clothing company, formed in 1996, and evolved into a skateboard company. Zero has won three consecutive Thrasher Magazine's King of the Road competition from 2004 to 2006.
Pro skateboarder Chris Cole was awarded Thrasher Magazine's "Skater of the Year" accolade in both 2005 and 2009. Cole's team, Zero, won Thrasher Magazine's "King of the Road" contest three times consecutively and he won the gold medal at the X Games on two consecutive occasions. Cole has also been victorious in other contests, including Back to the Berg and the DC Copenhagen Pro. In late June 2013, Cole won the gold medal at the Street League Skateboarding contest at the Munich leg of the X Games.
This is the skateboard deck only. To complete a full skateboard assembly, you will also need grip tape, trucks, hardware, bearings and wheels, which can be ordered individually or as a full gear package in a separate listing on ChutingStar-Skate.
Note: Desired skateboard width can vary based on skate style, body size and individual preference. But in general, 7.5"-7.8" widths work great for younger skaters, street skaters or those needing a board that is easier to maneuver for tricks. The 8"-8.75" width are great for jumping off tall objects, larger skaters, skate filmers, vert/ramp skating or cruising. For more assistance, contact us directly.
