Description
Rubber bands from ChutingStar are manufactured by Keener. Sold in 1-pound bags.
These rubber bands are the exact size recommended and used by Performance Designs (large and small) and UPT (tandem).
For most sport skydiving rigs (Spectra, HMA, Technora and Vectran), ChutingStar uses large rubber bands for the locking stows and small rubber bands for the remaining stows. For sport skydiving rigs with larger Dacron lines, large rubber bands are usually used all the way around. Tandem rubber bands are used for tandem main canopies.
PD recommends that the line stows should be tight enough for it to take 8-12 pounds of pressure to release each stow.
The small rubber bands are 1 1/4" x 3/8" x .070, the large rubber bands are 2" x 3/8" x .070, and the tandem rubber bands are 2" x 5/8" x .070.

As per what others have said, these work. What more do you expect from a rubber band? And you get a huge pile for a good price. Sold!
Quality Durability Price - They're rubber. They hold your d-bag closed. Done!
-
They're rubber. In a band-shape. They stretch. They can break. And they can hold your d-bag closed. That pretty much meets all the expectations I had.
Quality Durability Price - Great quality and durability.
-
Great Quality, they last a long time. My bag has been sitting in the Arizona heat in my locker for over a year and they still are great quality, not deteriorating or anything. I get quite a few jumps off of each one.

Good-to-use and cheap. It is easy to stretch.
Quality Durability Price - Beware of band bandits...
-
Great for stows, cheapest you'll find (at least from any skydiving company i can find), and they don't stink like some bands do. The only problem you'll have is people seeing that you have so many and coming to steal them!
