The Raynox HD-5050PRO, 37mm, 0.5x, Super Wide Angle Conversion Lens is a Screw Mount and includes a Front Lens Cap, Rear Lens Cap, 6 Adapter Rings (for 25mm, 27mm, 30mm, 30.5mm, 37mm, and 43mm filter size), Instruction Manual and 1-Year Warranty.
Note: The Raynox lenses come with plastic adapters that should be replaced with a metal step-up ring, which will better handle skydiving. You will need a 30-37mm step-up ring to complete your setup, available separately from ChutingStar.com.
