This is a replacement webbing and O-ring hand mount that comes standard with the N3 digital altimeters.
This assembly does not come with the Velcro strap; it is the webbing and fingerloop only. The 1" Velcro strap is available from ChutingStar.com.

Note: This O-Ring Hand Mount is for the N3 Hard Mount. If you need a replacement O-Ring Hand Mount for the discontinued Silicone Sleeve, you'll need the O-Ring Hand Mount for the Galaxy/Neptune, also available from ChutingStar.com.
