The Player is made with a durable, hingeless aluminum frame and impace resistant polycarbonate or ballistic photochomatic lens, which makes them virtually indestructible. Nine frame colors and nine lens variations are available.

Available lenses that are recommended for skydiving:

• 100% UV Polycarbonate clear Lens, best use skydiving, motorcycle riding, tactical, combat, and after dark eye protection.
• 100% UV Polycarbonate Smoke Gray tinted Lens, 13% Light Transmission, reduces the most amount of sunlight. and allows true color perception. Best use, bright sunny days, driving, skydiving, motorcycle riding, tactical, combat, and casual wear.
• NXT light to dark photochromic gray lens goes from 17% maximum darkness to 35% maximum clear. Best use motorcycle riding from daytime to night.
• Light to Dark photochromic "Hellfire" ballistic smoke lens. Lens will darken to 17% in direct sunlight and go to 84% clear at night. This is our best selling LTD lens due to its wide range of changing condition. This lens is best used for motorcycle riding, tactical and combat. This lens does not darken when inside an automobile, must have UV light to change. Lens will darken lower than 17% when exposed to cold temps of 32 degrees or lower.

Other available lenses. The following lenses are not recommended for skydiving or pilots due to guages are usually polarized using Brewsters angle, which can inhibit reading of displays. These lenses are good for bright sunny days where glare is really bright such as water or the dashboard of your car. Best uses include driving, fishing, boating, and everyday casual wear.

• Mirror Polarized lens with 11% light transmission reduces the maximum amount of visible light and allows for true color recognition.
  
• Smoke Polarized lens with 17% light transmission reduces the maximum amount of visible light and allows for true color recognition.
  
• Rose Hi-Def Polarized with 17% light transmission reduces the maximum amount of visible light and allows for true color recognition.
  
• Blue Mirror Polarized lens with 12% light transmission reduces the maximum amount of visible light and allows for true color recognition.
  
• Red Mirror Polarized lens with 19% light transmission reduces the maximum amount of visible light and allows for true color recognition. 

Note: Prescription lenses are available for Liquid Player sunglasses. After purchasing the glasses, a note on the prescription can be sent to ChutingStar and we will get you in touch directly with Liquid Eyewear to complete the process. Prescription lenses can either be added during manufacturing, or installed later. The price varies from $169-$299 for the prescription lenses and installation. The prescription must be current. Liquid Eyewear recommends purchasing and using your Liquid Player sunglasses first without the prescription lenses to make sure you like the feel and fit before adding the prescription lenses.

Liquid Eyewear is manufactured in America. Frames and lenses are cut in Yuma, Arizona at Liquid Eyewear headquarters. Powder coating is completed in Phoenix. Frame plating and anodizing is performed in Chula Vista, California. Nothing is outsourced.
