The Bonehead REvolve is unlike any other full-face or open-face helmet on the market!
This helmet’s entire face flips open leaving you with high peripheral vision when the helmet is both open and closed. The shape of the helmet provides superior performance by keeping unwanted wind flow outside of the helmet while still allowing the full head movement.
The locking mechanism enables the face shield to easily rotate over the top of the helmet with the push of a button, but only when you want it to. So you don’t have to worry about it opening, even during the worst funnel; making it a perfect choice for RW, freefliers, and tunnel rats.
What makes the REvolve so unique and unlike other helmets is the removable visor feature; this allows you to have an open face and full face helmet in one. Simply remove the visor and you have a sleek open face helmet! No tools required!
The REvolve features a mounting surface for the Countour HD on left side and comes standard with dual internal audible pockets, Bonehead’s ingenious Thermal-Fit liner, chin-strap closure and also comes with the lens coated with anti-fog direct from the factory. In addition, we designed this helmet to accommodate glasses, large heads and odd shaped noggins! Available in three shell sizes for the perfect fit.
Standard color is a glossy carbon fiber finish. Solid color painting of the helmet from Bonehead is available for $30 extra in colors of blue, teal, purple, navy blue, yellow, green, white, silver, black or red. Turn around time on a custom color is approximately 4 weeks. The REvolve is available in sizes of x-small (up to 21.75"), small (21.75"-22.25"), medium (22.25"-22.5"), large (22.5"-23"), x-large (23"-23.5") and xx-large (23.5" to 24"). Please indicate size and note color, if other than carbon fiber.

A Bonehead Drawstring Helmet bag is available separately from ChutingStar.com as well as replacement lenses and the Contour mount.
An optional deluxe full-face helmet bag manufactured by Cookie Composites can also be added. The Deluxe Helmet bag provides protection for you fullface helmet as well as carrying other items such as gloves, altimeter and wallets etc. Made from cordura, complete with hard base and carry handle.

it looks goofy with the face mask tilted up (or removed) but it is much more comfortable and cooler to wear in the aircraft than other full-face helmets with the visors up. Comes with a number of pads to help get a good fit. Chin pad very comfortable. No probelms using either standrad audibles or noise reducing headphones with N3A audible.Durability Quality Price
I do find that if I forget to pull tilt the chin down before exit I get a little more wind inside than I'd like, but if I seat the helmet properly on my head before exit its just about perfect. (Posted on 4/11/12) - Excelente helmet Review by Andson Gomes
