We've recovered from the winter storm gridlock! All orders placed last week have been picked up and are on their way to your doorstep. Shipping Carriers may still experience some slow downs, but your orders are packaged and en-route.
Thank you again for your patience!

We are still packing up orders and sending them out when we get pickups. Roads are clearing and the sun is shining, so we should be out of this messy situation soon!
The following is quoted from the UPS website:
"We are continuing to monitor the impact of the Winter Storm that brought snow and ice to Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. We have contingency plans in place to minimize the storm's impact on pickups and deliveries and to ensure the safety of our employees."

If you haven't seen it on the news already, the southeastern U.S. was hit very hard with a winter storm that shut most towns and cities down. Our Headquarters is located in Marietta, GA just northwest of Atlanta, so we were directly affected by all the traffic issues.
All Shipping and Delivery trucks were unable to move for a good bit of this storm and weren't able to make it back on the roads until traffic had cleared and roads were treated. UPS has been able to get up and running again in this area (as of Thursday January 30th 1:30pm) and we believe USPS will also be up and running soon. We have been here diligently working to make sure all orders are ready to ship as soon as we can get carriers to our location. We have also been shipping as many orders as we could fill from our DeLand, FL location during the storm.
