Ordering

The most accurate and efficient way to place an order with ChutingStar is through our online system.

Still, orders for gear are accepted in whichever method that is most convenient for you. Below are all the avenues available for placing orders.

Online: Our online shop processes orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This system is monitored and updated constantly. We have found this to be the most accurate system for addresses, items ordered and tracking. You can access our online shop at www.chutingstar.com.

E-mail: Orders can be made via e-mail to gear@chutingstar.com. You can download our Gear Order Form here. This form can be scanned/e-mailed to us. Or you can transmit the details via e-mail body itself. Please keep in mind information inside the e-mail is not as secure as our online system. Our e-mail inboxes are monitored 24/7. Response times vary according to volume, but range from immediate to 48 hours.

Phone: Orders can be placed by phoning ChutingStar at 1-770-445-4000. Our phones are answered 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, weekdays. If you get our phone mailbox, please leave a detailed message with phone number(s) and we will return your call asap.

Fax: Orders can be made via fax to 1-770-445-4099. You can download our Gear Order Form here. This form can then be faxed to us.

In-Shop: Purchases or orders can be made at our retail shops in Rockmart, Georgia, or DeLand, Florida. ChutingStar Rigging Lofts & Gear Shops are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7 days a week. We are located alongside Skydive The Farm at 1195 Grady Road, Rockmart, GA 30153-3919 and next door to Aerodyne at 1405 Flight Line Blvd., Suite 19, DeLand, FL 32724-2192. You are also welcome to stop-in for pickups, purchases and custom orders at the HQ and Warehouse for ChutingStar Enterprises Inc. located at 28 International Court, Suite B, Dallas, GA 30135-5704.

Mail: Mail orders can be made to ChutingStar via our Gear Order Form and/or manufacturer order forms. The Gear Order Form can be downloaded here. Manufacturer order forms can be downloaded through our online shop or through the manufacturer web sites. Address mail orders to: ChutingStar, 28 International Court, Suite B, Dallas, GA 30157-5704.

Skype: Orders can be placed through Skype. You can Skype us at chutingstar.com. We can be contacted through Skype 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, weekdays.

ChutingStar Staff: ChutingStar’s sales and rigging staff travel to other drop zones throughout the year. Orders and/or inquiries can be placed directly with any member of the ChutingStar staff. We will then follow-up with you directly from the shop once the staff member transmits the order to ChutingStar. Ask for a business card with contact information from any ChutingStar staff member.
