Mirage: Main Pilot Chute Installation

The Mirage Main Pilot Chute is installed by inserting the kill-line, retention strap and bridle from the outside of the D-bag into the inside of the D-bag through the center grommet. Secure the two loops of the bridle inside the D-bag with a metal link or soft link.
Connect the entire assembly (D-bag, pilot chute, bridle) to the top of a canopy by slipping the end of the kill-line/retention strap through the canopy attachment point at the top of the canopy. Then feed the entire assembly through the loop at the end of the retention strap, creating a larks head knot. Neaten it up and it’s ready to jump!
